We are seeking a highly motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the Owner’s right-hand executive and lead the day-to-day management of the company. This is a senior leadership position responsible for executing the company’s vision, leading the team, optimizing operations, and driving growth across every department.

Responsibilities

- Lead the overall day-to-day operations of Regional Car Rentals.
- Execute the company’s strategic vision in partnership with the Owner.
- Build, lead, mentor, and manage high-performing teams across all departments.
- Develop and implement systems, policies, and operational procedures that support growth.
- Oversee fleet management, customer service, administration, sales, marketing initiatives, and business operations.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement and performance management.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure company goals are consistently achieved.
- Manage budgets, operating expenses, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to the Owner.
- Recruit, train, and develop management and operational staff.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism,



and exceptional customer service.
- Represent the company with customers, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Take ownership of major business initiatives and solve complex operational challenges.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of senior leadership or executive management experience.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing business operations.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, finance, and operational management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience building systems and scaling growing businesses.
- Financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence.
- Experience in automotive, vehicle rentals, transportation, logistics, hospitality, or another service-based industry is considered an asset.
