What You'll Do

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team during daily operations, including:

- Leading and motivating team members during shifts
- Setting the pace and ensuring smooth restaurant operations
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service
- Managing labour costs and staffing levels during shifts
- Resolving guest concerns and ensuring positive customer experiences
- Training and mentoring recent and existing team members
- Monitoring team performance and enforcing operational standards
- Implementing company procedures and policies
- Ordering inventory and conducting stock counts
- Preparing and managing staff schedules
- Supporting overall restaurant success through strong leadership and teamwork





What We're Looking For Experience & Education

- 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Previous restaurant experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Certification required

Qualifications

- Understanding of the difference between Fast Food and Fast Casual dining
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
