Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Mechanic to join our team, providing expert maintenance and repair services for heavy machinery and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will possess robust mechanical knowledge, experience with hydraulic systems, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure optimal operation of equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery, contributing to the safety and productivity of our operations.

Duties

- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems on various types of heavy equipment including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to execute repairs effectively
- Conduct heavy lifting and assist in assembly or disassembly of machinery as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies




- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs

Experience

- Proven mechanic experience with a focus on hydraulic systems and heavy equipment repair
- Dealership experience is preferred but not required
- Hands-on experience working with excavators, cranes, Caterpillar equipment, forklifts, HVAC systems, or other industrial machinery is highly desirable
- Familiarity with automotive repair, schematics reading, electrical troubleshooting, welding, and mechanical assembly
- Experience operating heavy equipment and power tools in a maintenance or repair setting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures for farm machinery and industrial equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with customer service orientation

Pay: $29.00-$33.00 per hour
