We are seeking an energetic and proactive Sales Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our solutions and services
- Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with appropriate offerings
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential B2B (business-to-business) clients through research and outreach
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, update lead information, and monitor progress
- Support business development initiatives by preparing presentations,
proposals, and follow-up communications
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development roles, preferably in technology or technical sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer service principles
- Experience using NinjaOne or similar CRM platforms for managing leads and sales activities
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and customer engagement
- Technical sales experience or understanding of technology products/services is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
