We are seeking a Division Lead for our Driveway Maintenance Crew. As the Division Lead, you will perform a wide variety of asphalt/driveway projects for various clients across the city.

Job Summary

Our Driveway Maintenance Division Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of 2-3 crew members to complete residential and commercial projects on our client's driveways and parking lots

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Use equipment to perform asphalt crack filling, sealcoating, and minor asphalt repairs
- Assist with sales, estimating, and marketing efforts to procure projects
- Assist in the scheduling and operational planning of the division
- Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
- Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager and clients
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
- Additional tasks as required





Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

- A G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
- You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
- You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
- Ability to work well independently unsupervised
- Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
- Experience in sales is an asset
