Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented associate to oversee inventory control, manage shipping and receiving operations, and maintain the overall condition and functionality of our storage facility. This role is essential to ensuring accurate inventory tracking, efficient logistics, and a safe, well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and system updates
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages
- Organize and label inventory within the storage facility for easy access and tracking
- Conduct routine audits and assist with inventory reconciliation

Shipping & Receiving

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams regarding deliveries and pickups
- Maintain shipping records and documentation

Facility Maintenance

- Ensure the storage facility is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Perform routine inspections of equipment, shelving, and storage areas
- Identify maintenance needs and complete minor repairs (e.g., fixing shelving, replacing lighting)
- Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs or maintenance projects
- Ensure proper handling and storage conditions for all inventory

Health & Safety





- Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies
- Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly
- Maintain compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or facility maintenance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs])
- Basic knowledge of tools and facility maintenance practices
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is an asset
- Robust communication and time management skills

Working Conditions:

- Physically active role involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Work performed in a storage/warehouse environment
- May require occasional overtime or weekend work depending on operational needs

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
