About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman / Superintendent to lead and oversee concrete operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in structural and architectural concrete, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of delivering high‑quality work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

- Site leadership — Oversee daily site operations, coordinate crews, and ensure work is executed to plan.
- Concrete operations — Manage forming, placing, finishing, and curing activities.
- Team supervision — Lead and mentor crews, assign tasks, and maintain productivity.
- Scheduling & coordination — Work with project managers, trades, and suppliers to keep timelines on track.
- Quality control — Ensure all work meets specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
- Safety compliance — Enforce safety protocols and conduct daily toolbox talks.
- Problem‑solving — Address site issues quickly and effectively.
- Documentation — Maintain daily logs, reports, and site records.





Required Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Concrete Foreman
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, rebar, placing, and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a rapid‑paced, high‑expectation environment

Preferred Assets

- Experience with commercial or multi‑storey concrete projects
- Familiarity with digital project management tools (e.g., JobTread, Procore)
