What You’ll Do:

- Start the day with the team at our downtown HQ — training, music, pitch practice, good vibes
- Hit Vancouver’s busiest streets and talk to the public face-to-face about charities people actually know and trust
- Sign up new donors to give directly to the organizations you represent
- Build skills that pay for life: communication, leadership, sales, mindset
- Compete, win prizes, and travel to other cities with the team
- Get recognized for the effort you bring, not just the hours you log

Who You Are:

- Outgoing, positive, and genuinely care about making an impact
- Motivated to learn and earn — ambition beats experience here
- Sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, but not necessary — full training provided
- Confident speaking English face-to-face
- Reliable and ready for full-time, in-person work (Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm)
- Living in or easily commuting to Vancouver
