S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking a Service Advisors to join our dynamic team at our following dealerships:

Hyundai on Hunt Club - 390 West Hunt Club Road

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recommending and documenting service maintenance and repairs for customers. The successful candidate will know how to receive customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Essential Job Duties:

· Greet and welcoming of service customers and listens to their concerns

· Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs

· Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.

· Provide service recommendations to customers including estimating costs

· Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards

· Strive to meet the department’s repair order production standards

· Other service related duties as required

Position Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience. Automotive sector experience is a strong asset.

· Must have great customer service and listening skills





· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

· Must have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

· Ability to manage warranty administration would be an asset

· Strong computer skill and Reynolds experience is an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
