Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, managing transactions accurately, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail or sales are highly valued to better serve our diverse clientele.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Provide product information and demonstrations as needed, including technical sales and upselling opportunities
- Maintain merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Promote store promotions, new products, and special offers to enhance sales opportunities
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment when required




- Ensure compliance with store policies and safety procedures at all times

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities such as Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, or technical sales is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide excellent customer service
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
