Thrive Realty Group is looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Marketing Specialist to lead our brokerage's marketing initiatives and support our growing team of Realtors.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing ideas to life, and has a passion for social media, branding, events, and creative execution.

What You'll Do

- Lead all brokerage marketing initiatives and Realtor marketing support
- Develop and execute engaging social media content across key platforms
- Collaborate on brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives
- Design graphics, feature sheets, digital content, and marketing materials
- Meet with Realtors to provide marketing consultations and creative solutions
- Coordinate brokerage events, client appreciation initiatives, and community engagement
- Maintain marketing assets and update brokerage systems as required
- Support additional marketing and administrative projects as needed

What You'll Bring

- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Proven experience managing social media platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication,



and project management skills
- A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a collaborative approach
