Part-time front desk

Position is for 1 or more evening shifts and either a Saturday or Sunday shift or both. You can book off weekend dates with proper notice.

Position Summary

An integral member of the Massage Addict team, Guest Service Administrators (GSAs for short!) thrive on consistently providing an exceptional experience from the moment a client walks through our doors. Embracing our fast-paced clinic environment, GSAs are motivated, initiative-taking, outstanding communicators, highly organized and true multi-taskers. With a ‘can-do’ and ‘no task too small’ mindset, a GSA can manage both administrative and clinic responsibilities with care while also ensuring the safety of our clients and therapists.

Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding client service, answering telephone calls efficiently and booking appointments accurately.
- Welcome clients by greeting and familiarizing them to the clinic upon arrival.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Massage Addict services.
- Provide administrative support to the clinic including preparation of forms, and documentation for new and existing clients.
- Processing insurance claims to multiple benefit providers on different platforms.




- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic operating procedures; cleanliness of the clinic guest-facing areas, including the reception area and treatment rooms.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum- One year of experience within a service-oriented environment, with a focus on administration
- Superior verbal communication and telephone skills
- Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly with great people skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Outlook, and Word doc., as well as calendar management
- Access to reliable transportation.

- Monday – Friday: 9:00am to 9:00pm
- Saturday- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Sunday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
