We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. This is a confidential search for an energetic individual eager to grow within the automotive industry, backed by mentorship, structured training, and a rewarding commission-based compensation plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Greeting & Intake: Welcome customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and document repair notes accurately.
- Workflow Coordination: Open and manage repair orders, liaising between customers and service technicians to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.
- Customer Communication: Provide regular updates to clients regarding repair progress, pricing estimates, and vehicle ready-times.
- Maintenance Recommendations: Educate customers on routine factory-recommended maintenance and basic safety inspections.
- Administrative Support: Assist the service department with billing, warranty processing, and maintaining organized client records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within an automotive environment (dealership, service shop, or automotive retail).
- Passion for Automotive: A genuine interest in cars and the automotive dealership industry.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Organizational Ability: Comfortable multitasking in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Quick learner with computer systems and dealership management software (DMS).
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record and a valid G-class driver's license.
