Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- Manage patient records and update information.
- Process payments and insurance information.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning dental software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous dental office experience is an asset but not required.
