POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Our accounting team is looking for a new Accounts Payable Technician colleague!
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calculate, prepare and process invoices, accounts payable, and related documents
- Make adjustments as needed
- Prepare accounts payable payments after obtaining the appropriate approvals
- Responsible for accounts payable management
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- DEP or DEC in accounting
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Comfortable using computer tools such as Excel, Word
- Knowledge of the Hopem system (an asset)
- Experience in a multi-site or multi-company environment (an asset)
