General Labourer – Construction Project
Location: Ottawa, ON
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description
We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking General Labourers to support an upcoming construction project in Ottawa. The successful candidate will assist with site preparation, material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist with surface preparation, including cleaning and preparing work areas.
- Move materials, tools, equipment, and supplies around the job site.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow all site safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support the project team with general labour duties as required.




- Assist with other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of construction or general labour experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor construction environment.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Valid Working at Heights certification required.
- Valid WHMIS certification required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
