Responsibilities:

- Prepare invoicing and related spreadsheets for billing.
- Engaging directly with customers on billing issues and inquiries.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Work collaboratively with multiple project teams on billings and contract requirements.
- Complete statutory declarations, WorkSafe clearance letters, and other documentation requirements for projects.
- Create and administer job files for billing and contracts.
- Support month-end closing processes related to Accounts Receivable.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years Accounts Receivable/Billing experience.
- Highly organized with excellent time management ability.




- Problem solving mindset with focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high volume billing transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, working with customers and internal teams.
- Proficient in using computers and demonstrate intermediate to advanced excel skills, as well as other MS applications.
- Construction background is an asset.
