XMC is looking to create a roster of Serve it Right Certified Brand Representatives to represent a well known beer & seltzer brand in and around various areas in Victoria and surrounding.

Role Description:

Our team of Serve it Right Certified Brand Representatives will be on the front lines of consumer engagement, sharing product knowledge, generating excitement, and acting as the main point of contact for restaurant and bar managers.

As a demonstrator, you will be conducting alcoholic beverage retail samplings in a liquor store setting. You can work anywhere from 1 shift a month to three shifts in a weekend, depending on what works for you! Shifts are 4-5 hours in length and run Thursday through Sunday, all year long. There is no minimum or maximum shift requirement, we just need you to be reliable for what you sign up for!

Shift Breakdown/ Responsibilities:

- Sampling Shifts: 4 hours onsite, including setup, teardown, ad hoc tasks, and reporting.
- Logistics Shifts: 2 hours per shift allocated for asset pickup/drop-off and ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications

- Serving It Right Certification
- Full Drivers License and Access to a Vehicle is an asset
- Previous experience in hospitality industry, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills,



including public speaking and active listening.
- Ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences in a professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
- Reliable transportation and availability for flexible scheduling are desirable.

Compensation

- $28/hr
- Travel compensation to be discussed on an individual basis
