Duties
- Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities that stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive workplace where children feel valued and supported
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities
- Maintain clear communication with families about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure safety at all times
- Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements and classroom improvements
- Document observations of children's development to inform individualized care plans and educational strategies
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields
- Familiarity with caregiving best practices and child safety protocols
- Experience supporting children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong teaching skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for child development
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmental milestones
