Inside Sales / Production Coordinator

Up The Creek Garment Company is looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales / Production Coordinator to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple projects and helping bring creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities Include:

- Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders and pricing.
- Prepare quotes and invoices.
- Process and track customer orders from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and production staff.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information.
- Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone and email.
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Assets (Preferred but Not Required):

- Knowledge of Graphic Design programs such as CorelDRAW,



Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Sage Simply Accounting or similar software.
- Previous experience in sales, embroidery, screen printing, promotional products or a related industry.
