Metric Storage Systems is a distributor of industrial storage equipment, servicing the Southern Ontario area. As we continue our expansion we are looking to recruit additional, inside sales individual to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative! This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual who is interested in building a career with high earning potential. No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
Job Type / Category
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide product information as necessary
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound calls and emails.
- Assisting customers and outside sales representatives with quotes
- Attend to customers' questions, requests and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution
- Provide the highest level of customer service and build strong relationships with customers
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Well organized and accustomed to multi-tasking
- Excellent English writing and oral skills
- Experience in the MS Office suite of products (MS Excel, Word).
- Must have valid driver's license
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills who is able to deliver results
- Sales experience in the industrial storage industry is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal, phone and customer service skills
- Must be professional and courteous to all
