By night, we transform into a high-energy lounge and club featuring craft cocktails, curated music, and an electric nightlife experience. Position Overview: We’re seeking a passionate, charismatic, and adaptable Server/Barista to join our team. You’ll be the face of Sugar, crafting specialty coffee by day and serving craft cocktails by night. You thrive in a rapid-paced environment, love connecting with people, and can seamlessly transition from cozy cafe vibes to high-energy nightlife.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, craft cocktails, and seasonal beverages
- Take food and beverage orders, offer menu recommendations, and provide pairing suggestions
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe and lounge area
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately




- Assist with opening/closing procedures and side duties
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service
- Support the day-to-night transition by maintaining the venue's ambiance and energy

What We’re Looking For:

- 1+ year of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred
- Passion for coffee, cocktails, and guest service
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of espresso preparation, latte art, or mixology is a plus
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
