The Track Systems Integration Coordinator plans, coordinates and monitors all track-related systems integration activities across the MIP SESA Right Side of the V Organization. The role ensures track infrastructure is fully integrated with signaling, traction power, communications, vehicles and operational systems to support Infrastructure Performance Demonstration (IPD), Construction Completion, Operational Readiness and City Acceptance. The role shall maintain regular liaison with the SESA & Infrastructure Performance Demonstration (IPD) Lead / Validation Manager.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop track systems integration plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary integration activities.
- Monitor program milestones.
- Support recovery planning.
- Coordinate interfaces between track and railway systems
- Verify readiness for integrated testing.
- Monitor interface issues through to closure.




- Support integrated system demonstrations.
- Coordinate track access for testing.
- Support Testing & Commissioning activities.
- Verify completion of integration testing.
- Maintain integration records.
- Prepare progress reports and KPIs.
- Maintain integration evidence.
- Maintain regular liaison with the SESA & IPD Lead / Validation Manager.
- Support Infrastructure Performance Demonstration (IPD) and City Acceptance.
- Improve integration processes.
- Promote best practice.
- Capture lessons learned.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Railway or Systems Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of ten years’ experience coordinating multidisciplinary systems integration on major infrastructure delivery or railway projects. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience with integrated railway operations is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Valid Class 5 license; clean abstract preferred
- Ability to navigate the terrain of an in-process construction site, including climbing stairs and ladders, steep/ slippery terrain, walking, and working outdoors in all types of Edmonton weather and conditions
