Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our agile culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to order and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests
- Support other kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to sanitation standards and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements





- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of serving, meal preparation, and food industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus

Pay: $17.04-$18.51 per hour
