Vertex Performance Clinic is a fast-growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic offering Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Kinesiology, Clinical Counselling, Nutrition, and other rehabilitation services. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient clinic operations.

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager with hands-on Jane App experience to lead our administrative team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise, train, and support reception and administrative staff.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and resolve patient concerns professionally.
- Manage practitioner schedules and clinic coverage.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, cancellations, recalls, and waitlists using Jane App.
- Ensure accurate direct billing for extended health, ICBC, and WorkSafeBC claims.
- Maintain clinic inventory and order office and clinical supplies.
- Develop and implement clinic procedures and ensure staff follow them consistently.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.




- Coordinate meetings and ensure effective communication between practitioners and administrative staff.
- Work closely with clinic ownership to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinic growth.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Jane App experience (Required).
- Experience managing a multidisciplinary rehabilitation or medical clinic is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and extended health insurance billing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and clinic management software.
