The FOH Manager position will challenge your leadership values and commitment to service excellence. You will participate in the opening of this location and training will begin in January 2022.
Position Highlights
- Barista and Bartending experience would be considered an asset
- Takes an active role in service during all operating hours
- Assist with ongoing training and orientation of hourly staff
- Maintain/support the high standard of quality that Rhino Coffee House Upholds
- Co-ordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings
- Maintain daily communication for Food and Beverage details as they relate to service
- Develop product knowledge through ongoing training with the utilization of seminars and tastings
- Ability to culture a work workplace where staff development and good work are recognized
- Develop and maintain regular clientele
- Increase guest check average
- Balance daily cash

Experience:
- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)
Must be 19 years or old as you will be mixing and serving alcohol
Certification:
- Serving It Right (preferred)
