We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join our team as Railway Track Maintainers. This is a hands-on position that involves working outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining and repairing railway track infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on railway track and track components.
- Install and replace railway ties, rail, spikes, anchors, and fastening systems.
- Use hand tools and small powered equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect track for defects and report safety concerns.
- Assist with track construction and rehabilitation projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and railway regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a crew to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous railway or construction experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence is preferred.
- Ability to travel and work overtime or weekends when required.
- Being able to pass drug test - Site Dependant

Schedule
- Full-time
- Day shifts (with occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as required)
