Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh dough, toppings, and ingredients with precision and care to ensure top-quality pizzas
- Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment, maintaining consistent quality and presentation
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist with meal preparation and food service tasks during busy hours to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold health regulations and safety standards
- Serve customers directly when needed, providing friendly and efficient service that enhances their dining experience
- Follow all restaurant policies related to food handling, safety protocols, and operational procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience including use of ovens, knives, and other culinary tools is highly desirable
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Passion for the food industry with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour
