We are excited to expand our Client Care team and are looking for a full-time Client Care Administrator.
The Client Care Administrator plays a key role in creating the elevated experience for our clients by building relationships to individualize our services, optimize bookings through careful management of our systems, thoughtfully working through all situations with exceptional communication, maintaining a pristine working workplace, and bringing welcoming vibes to everyone we connect with.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiatives to grow and develop in their role and within the company, has at least 3 years in an elevated customer service environment, is computer savvy, creative and passionate about empowering others to feel their best.
This role is regular part-time to full-time, and includes evening and weekend shifts.
