Summary

Join our team as a Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent at our vibrant hotel in. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift and providing outstanding guest service at the front desk in Vancouver. Responsibilities

- Greet and check-in/check-out guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate services.
- Ensure accurate financial transactions and nightly audit procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs.
- Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare reports for management regarding nightly activities.




- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel front desk or hospitality roles.
- Working knowledge of OPERA
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to manage independent solutions to a variety of situations.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multi tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
- This is always overnight shifts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Previous experience with hotel management is mandatory.
- Any Marriott Experience is an asset.
