Responsibilities

- Varied Trade Work: Perform a range of tasks across different trades, including carpentry, framing, drywall installation, installation of hollow metal frames, doors and hardware.
- Project Support: Work collaboratively with team members to execute project plans with efficiency and precision, ensuring all tasks meet the highest safety and quality standards. Coordinate effectively with electricians, plumbers, and mechanical trades to achieve seamless integration of work, facilitating smooth project execution and optimal results.
- Tools and Equipment: Use and maintain various tools and equipment necessary for construction tasks, ensuring they are in good working order
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and related regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in skilled trades, particularly in carpentry.
- Technical Skills:



Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in diverse environments and adjusting to project needs.
- Licensing: Valid Class G driver’s license is required, along with a clean driver abstract to facilitate project-related travel.
- Professionalism: Strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards.

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
