Perfect Party Event Rentals is a family owned and operated business. We strive to provide our customers with exceptional customer service and the utmost respect.

We are looking for a responsible delivery driver to deliver and pick up rental products promptly to a variety of locations. You will be required to represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility's including:

- Loading and unloading of delivery trucks
- Installation of rental equipment included tents, dance floors, etc.
- Delivering a wide variety of rental equipment through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Prepare and inspect items upon drop off and pick up
- Count inventory to ensure all items are accounted for
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Complete event set ups when necessary
- Help create best routes to maximize profitability and time management
- Drive in a safe and courteous manner
- Clean and maintain delivery vehicles
- Clean large rental equipment upon return from an event such as tables and chairs

Requirements

- Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends




- Available to start Immediately to minimum Sept 31st. Ability to continue until December 31st an asset. Potential to become permanent employee based on performance
- Ability to lift minimum 30lbs
- knowledgeable in securing cargo an asset
- ability to drive and operate delivery truck in a safe manor
- G license is required
- Must be above the age of 25 as per insurance requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with a team
- Available to work weekends and occasional late nights
- Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and customer information
- Keep company vehicle clean and maintained; fuel, oil, etc.
- Communicate with customers by phone to update them on time of delivery as well as update with any issues or changes and with their estimated time of arrival.
- Must be able to provide drivers extract if called for interview
- Must wear safety shoes

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Experience:

- delivery driving: 1 year (required)
