Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, be passionate about cooking and BBQ, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen workstation
- Assist with food inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Experience
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure




- Culinary school diploma is a plus but not required

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
