On-Call Route Assistant / Residential Cleaner

MOLLY MAID Scarborough is looking for a dependable and hardworking Route Assistant / Residential Cleaner to join our team of cleaning professionals.

This is an on-call position with flexible scheduling. Hours will vary according to business needs and are not guaranteed. You will work with a teammate to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services that help clients enjoy clean and comfortable homes.

Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but it is not required. We provide paid, on-the-job training to help you succeed.

Applicants must live in Scarborough and have a valid driver’s licence.

What you will do

- Travel with a teammate to clients’ homes throughout Scarborough




- Professionally clean multiple homes each day
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
- Follow MOLLY MAID cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Handle clients’ homes and belongings with care and respect
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Support your cleaning partner and contribute to a positive team environment
- Complete required cleaning documentation
- Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment and the company vehicle
- Work efficiently while following the daily route and schedule

Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, room attendance, office cleaning,



commercial cleaning or client service is an asset, but not required.
