We are seeking a dedicated RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing expert immigration advice, conducting thorough data collection, and supporting clients through complex immigration processes. Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive data collection and client interviews to assess eligibility and gather necessary documentation for immigration applications.
- Provide expert guidance on Canadian immigration policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Analyze client information and documentation to determine the most appropriate immigration pathways.
- Monitor and track application statuses, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with relevant authorities.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and compliance documentation.




- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to verify information or conduct background checks.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance.
- Assist clients in preparing for interviews or hearings related to their immigration cases.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and policies.
- Experience or background in law enforcement, surveillance, or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent data collection and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
