Role Overview
A Pet Bather plays an important role in our salon, ensuring dogs receive high-quality bathing, drying, and finishing services while maintaining their safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Bathe, dry, and brush dogs following Splash & Dash standards
- Perform basic services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and facials
- Handle dogs safely and comfortably during the grooming process
- Maintain a clean and sanitary salon workplace
- Record pet information in the salon software
- Assist with daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about dogs and animal welfare
- Comfortable working in a wet and fast-paced environment
- Able to handle dogs up to 40 lbs
- Reliable, attentive to detail, and team-oriented
Basic Requirements
- Ability to perform the tasks listed above
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to follow company safety and quality standards
