Copper Cloud Events is a quickly growing event rental company based in Central Alberta. We are looking to complete our incredible team with a permanent warehouse associate. Our small and energetic team thrives on a collaboration, outstanding attitude and a shared desire for success and growth. We are looking for someone who genuinely is a great fit for our team as a whole, not just an employee.

This role can be very physically demanding, and has a lot of variety and autonomy. One day you could be setting up tents and doing deliveries, the next you could be at the warehouse washing dishes and pressing linens. Attention to detail is very important, and a drive to do everything to it's maximum potential is essential, as that's what sets our company apart in our field.

During the summer our hours are more set as we work through our busy season, but in the winter we offer a lot of flexibility, allowing you to find the work-life balance that will help you thrive. Self starting and problem solving on the go

Keep warehouse, vehicles and worksite clean and organized at all times

Being professional, and friendly with clients and co-workers

A strong drive to build and grow a small business collaboratively

Forklift operation

Linen processing

Dishware Processing

Because our primary focus is finding the right fit in the right person, we are willing to train any and all skills as needed, as long as you are physically able to do the job, and you have a valid driver's license.

I'm Larissa, I'm a busy mom of 3, who also owns and manages Copper Cloud Events.

I have built a business that I'm very proud of, and we are looking for a team member to help us grow the company even further. We have grown an incredible front end team, and now we are looking for our missing piece, a warehouse associate that will complete our amazing crew here. I am focused on finding the right fit, and if that's you, we will absolutely train you. If you're willing to learn how to set up tents, learn how to drive a truck and trailer, learn how to do anything you need to fit into the role, I will teach it all to you! I would rather find the perfect person, who wants to be a part of our team permanently and train you in every area you need to know, than hire someone with the skills who is simply looking for another job.

I truly feel this job is going to be an incredible job for someone who is looking for their opportunity to be autonomous, work independently and use their ideas and drive to help project the growth of this company. I trust my team, and everyone works with very little supervision, no micro-managing and full faith in your potential and decision making. I offer as much scheduling flexibility as I can as a small business. When days are busy, it's all hands on deck, but in the winter we work together as a team to accomodate everyone's personal schedule preferences, helping everyone thrive in their work life goals.
