A portion of this role involves handling local orders, making daily access to a reliable vehicle essential.
Key Duties

- Delivery Operations: Handle curbside collection and transport local orders safely to customers. (A personal vehicle and valid G license are mandatory)
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors, answer product questions, and recommend options tailored to their preferences.
- Consumer Education: Share clear information regarding legal cannabis formats, sensible usage, and dosing.
- ID Verification: Protect compliance by checking government-issued photo identification to prevent underage sales.
- Transaction Handling: Operate the POS terminal to check out clients efficiently and handle cash/cards.
- Merchandising: Replenish shelf stock, organize inventory displays,



and keep the boutique immaculate.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on provincial rules, participate in audits, and learn about new product drops.
- Store Routines: Execute daily opening and closing procedures while following strict security protocols.

Candidate Requirements

- Must be 19 years of age or older to comply with provincial law.
- Must hold a current Ontario G driver's license and have a personal vehicle for shift work.
- Must possess an active CannSell certificate prior to your start date.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Ontario Cannabis License Act and general product categories.
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable, friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work a changing schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable using modern retail technology and software. [1]
