Position Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in coordinating daily delivery operations, supporting drivers, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. You’ll be the heartbeat of our dispatch system—balancing efficiency, customer service, and real-time decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency and timeliness
- Maintain constant communication with drivers to manage updates, delays, and rerouting
- Monitor traffic, weather, and road conditions to proactively adjust routes
- Collaborate with customer service to meet client delivery expectations
- Handle quoting and pricing for new load bookings
- Use dispatch software and load boards (Loadlink, DAT) to assign and track loads
- Provide on-call support and ensure dispatch coverage during weekends and emergencies
- Build strong relationships with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and provide status updates to internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

This position is only open to experienced and reliable candidates. Applications without relevant dispatch experience will not be considered.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in logistics or transportation
- High school diploma (post-secondary education in logistics or business is an asset)




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of regional transportation routes and roadways
- Experience with dispatch tools such as Loadlink, DAT, and Xpert Dispatch (or similar software)
- Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure with a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to reliably commute to our office or plan to relocate before starting

Work Schedule

- Shift Length: 10–12 hours
- Start Time: 5AM PST (early risers preferred)
- Availability: On-call and weekends required
