We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
- Experience with food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment is advantageous
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
