We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administration Assistant to support our VP of Sales from our Toronto office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience in sales operations, customer engagement, and CRM systems within a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be working in our Toronto office located on The Esplanade and will:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Sales
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries professionally
- Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
- Creat and send customer quotes following sales meetings
- Prepare and distribute follow-up information to prospective clients
- Generate and issue licence agreements and supporting documentation
- Assist with tracking sales activity, pipeline updates, and reporting
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity across systems
Skills and Experience:
- A recent graduate or candidate with limited professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Comfortable learning and working with CRM systems (experience preferred but not essential)
- Professional telephone manner and customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Interest in education, technology, or assistive solutions
