Responsibilities:
- Provide professional esthetician services to clients, including facials, body sugaring , and body treatments
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments
- Perform product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and homecare products
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and increase revenue
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all safety and sanitation protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout their visit
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics to provide the best possible service to clients

Experience:




- Previous experience as an esthetician or in a similar role is preferred

- previous experience in body sugaring hair removal
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent guest services
- Proven ability to upsell services and retail products to increase sales
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in the spa industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Retail sales experience is beneficial
