We are seeking an experienced Restoration Supervisor to oversee restoration projects and field teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on restoration experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate restoration crews on-site (water, fire, mold damage)

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards

- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams

- Inspect job sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Train and guide team members to improve performance

- Manage schedules, materials, and daily reporting

- Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions quickly

Requirements





- Proven experience in restoration (water, fire, mold remediation)

- Previous supervisory or team lead experience

- Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of restoration equipment and procedures

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites

Preferred Qualifications

- IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, etc.)

- Experience working with insurance claims

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
