Occupational Therapist – Apollo Health Care Services

Apollo Health Care Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to clients in the community.

Responsibilities:

* Assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

* Educate clients, families, and caregivers on therapy programs.

* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

* Registered and in positive standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Community/home care experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Casual
