This individual is required to work well within a dynamic team setting, be a self-motivated learner. This person will be responsible to help manage and maintain Future Electronics Microsoft Technology environment, which includes the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage/Improve the WSUS environment for Microsoft Patches
- Manage A Windows Server Environment including:
- - File Servers
- Print Servers
- DHCP/DNS Servers
- Active Directory Servers, User Accounts and Groups
- Various Application Servers
- - IIS/Web Apps
- Help Manage Future’s Citrix Environment
- Help Manage Future’s Office 365 Environment:
- - Azure AD/Entra ID
- O365 Apps
- Share in the Pager Rotation
- Handle Level 2 Tickets escalated from the Help Desk
- Help Manage and Maintain Various Other Technologies:
- - VMWare
- Exchange on Premise
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-3 years of experience with network and systems administration within Windows
- 2-3 years of experience with desktop support, setup and deployment
- At least 3 years of experience in Active Directory
- Strong networking skills in the following technologies:
- - DNS
- WINS
- DHCP
- Scripting languages a plus (VBScript, powershell )
- Experience with virtualized environments (VMware) a plus.
- Technical Certificates in Microsoft or VMWare is a plus.
