What You’ll Do:

1. Responsible for overseeing daily construction operations while actively participating in in office work.

2. Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors with confidence

3. Ensure safety and quality control standards

4. Keep projects on schedule and within budget

5. Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and teams

What You Bring:

1. Proven experience as a Working Superintendent or Foreman

2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety regulations

3.



Background as a journeyman in a trade is an asset

4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans

5. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
