Optometrist office in Langford is currently seeking Receptionists and/or Optometric Assistants to join our team in our newly renovated space with updated and cutting-edge technology. The right candidate will be able to work 4 days as a permanent position and should be comfortable working weekends.
As a successful candidate, you will have excellent customer service and computer skills. Experience in the area is an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Greeting and checking-in patients through electronic medical records
- Perform pre-testing on patients before seeing the doctor
- Checking-out patients and collecting payment
- Booking appointments and handling referrals with local ophthalmologists
