The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

We are a dual location clinic who prides ourselves in exceptional patient care and an outstanding staff culture. We believe that building a strong team is important and we offer team building 4 times a year, fun events and activities as well as support and mentorship.

SCHEDULE:

- 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- 1 Saturday every 2 months

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
