The Position:
Preventative equipment and building inspections and work orders as assigned
Salary range: $55,000-65,000
Specific Accountabilities:
- Live Core Values
- Execution and completion of PM inspections
- Work orders as assigned
- Report and request additional work orders based on PM inspections
- Greasing of machines
- Inspection of interior and exterior building inspection
- Generating work requests based on all inspections
- Safety of fellow employees
- Maintenance assistance as required
- Supports operations on achieving targeted KPI’s as set out by Plant Manager
- Seeks continuous improvement to our programs and procedures
- Demonstrated Servant Leadership
- Cross training of others in your department
- Follow company policies and procedures
- SQF and HACCP Accountabilities
- Coverage for planned and unplanned absences which could compromise our policies, procedures, and programs

Ideal Qualifications:
Skilled in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and schematics
Adaptable to work at both plants, all shifts and weekends
Computer literate
High school or greater education
Maintain timely and accurate records
