Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, mechanical knowledge, and experience in industrial maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring that all building systems function efficiently and effectively while providing a safe environment for all occupants.

Duties

- Supervise and manage daily operations of building maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Maintain and oversee the functionality of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.
- Manage low voltage systems, ensuring they operate correctly and meet safety standards.
- Lead project management efforts for renovations or upgrades within the building,



coordinating with contractors and vendors as necessary.
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting mechanical issues, applying industrial maintenance skills to resolve problems promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols within the building.

Experience

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within building maintenance or facilities management.
- Robust mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems, industrial maintenance, and low voltage systems.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices is preferred.
- Experience using CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
